I understand, from an excellent source that Stewart Sytner or "Stewie" as you call him, has been sacked as Consul by the Meekamui Council of Elders in Bougainville in January 2014. According to my info, there is also a warrant out for his arrest in PNG and possibly Australia.

He certainly has come to the notice of the police here in Bougainville. Please do not do business with this conman!
