I'm afraid TXMC's only viable option is not good for shareholders. They would have to do a massive reverse split, basically wiping out current shareholders, and start the dilution machine all over again to raise money for the audits. Meanwhile the clock on any remaining patents continues to wind down. Even Threshie seems to have given up on his 'stay with us' BS.
