Peoplesway is pleased to announce that we have completed the acquisition of 100% of Idea WebCatcher Holdings, Inc.

We were able to close the transaction and are excited to begin the expansion of the business model. Under the terms of the agreement, we have acquired 100% of the stock of Idea WebCatcher, its business model, customer list, potential client lists, projects in process and all other intellectual property. Idea WebCatcher will continue to operate under the same name as a wholly owned subsidiary of Peoplesway.
