I truly don't have a clue. I wish I could answer that question. I own about 4 millions shares and have been holding for several years. To be honest the reply Mr Randy gave me I really don't even know what that would mean to the share price. If it is going to be a subsidiary does that mean all the business will be run under the CWIR symbol or does it mean that there will be more dilution to incorporate it under the CWIR ? Maybe someone else could pick apart what he stated
