Hard to tell. The fluffy news is out and it did not run.
Hoping for financial news. We deserve that info. However they may not give us that. Concerns about what that will entail I believe are holding this stock here on the bottom. Why else would it not have moved with all the previous PRs? This company at present is not worth .005. Would love to see it get news that changes that and get a justified run that holds new levels. Recent news releases have not accomplished that.

Let's go PRDL bring on some news with substance. Or get the feared dilution concerns out of the way. Then it can move on to profitable success for co and shareholders.
