Didn't LIAR Lee say, "We have been working hard to get a 'deal' or a 'project' signed up so we could move forward knowing we had a source of revenue to support the new stock. We could then issue the stock with a great deal of confidence.".

Well we have our fantastic news, so were are the shares?
