A few of us are considering buying controlling interest in the stock and seeing if we can get it back up where it was, by putting real assets into the company.

That makes no sense. Once a scam, always a scam. And once deregistered with the SEC, always deregistered with the SEC. If you really have real assets to roll into something, you would be much better off getting one of hundreds of clean and untainted shells.

Because pump and dumps like EXLA are only good for one thing - more pump and dumps and scams. You can never wash them clean. NEVER.
