IMCI Partners with ThirtySix Software, Appoints New VP of Sales to Head Growth Initiatives

Infinite Group, a growing Rochester, New York-based IT services firm, has been signed as an exclusive channel partner of ThirtySix Software, creator of the SmartDocs innovative software product. IGI also names Laila Benarab as vice president of sales for its Content Management Practice, which focuses on all business segments including government, small-to-medium business, and enterprise.

ThirtySix Software’s lead product is SmartDocs, a Microsoft® Word®-based content management and content reuse solution that helps writers streamline content creation and maintenance across Microsoft Word documents. The solution offers a range of features that make reusable content easier to share, review, update, approve, track, and manage, with highlights such as configurable metadata, content approval, conditional text, and bulk updates to further enhance the productivity of content authors and eliminate repetitive costs.

Benarab will be responsible with leading the development of IGI’s service solution suite, which includes products made by ThirtySix Software. She has also been tasked with increasing IGI’s customer base in content management services, developing relationships with current and new technology partners, and bringing the latest best practices to IGI’s clients.

“Content Management is a growing tech segment and our clients are asking for support in this vital area,” Jim Villa, IGI’s CEO, stated in the news release. “Our new relationship with ThirtySix Software and their flagship product, SmartDocs, allows us to provide our customers with the leading tools available in the marketplace today. With Laila’s guidance, we expect our business to grow substantially.”

With more than 15 years of high-tech business-to-business sales experience, Benarab’s resume includes employment with a wide range of recognizable companies and government agencies including Motorola, Oracle, and Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC), where she worked on an IT federal government contract supporting the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
