I talked to Mr. Gildea on Friday. They are still looking for a viable business to merge into Atrinsic. Once this is filed there will be a quiet period while the SEC comments on the plan. This should be pretty soon.(he did think it would be done by now but is still working on it)
The number of shares you currently hold will be the same with the new company! Hope this helps all!!!
