Maestro,

I understand the emotional aspect of your posting here, I totally understand. It's personal to you because you lost money. Even if the company did all the right things, and by most appearances they now appear to be, you would never acknowledge it.

That said, all emotions aside, can you point to anything in the company's growth or now profitability that should be of any concern? The financials are what they are and by most accounts appear pretty solid.

Although I can appreciate your past unfortunate experience and have been through the same, I generally try to remove the emotional aspect of things. In the case of this company, it appears as though the financials somewhat speak for themselves.

As for management owning the majority of the shares, generally speaking that indicates they have a very vested interest in building shareholder value since it is they who are the largest shareholders. Most investors like to see just that. To insist management doesn't care about the shareholders can only imply they don't care about themselves. This alone undermines many of your past comments. If you owned as many shares as they, wouldn't you too be very incentivized to try and build shareholder value?

I appreciate your thoughts and sharing them, regardless of whether we disagree or not. I'm only trying to live in the now and make an educated assessment based on the present as everything else pre-dates my investment. Lastly, the small sales you reference are only odd share lots being sold from the rs you and others were subjected to in the past. Shareholders just selling them to realize the tax loss, nothing more, nothing less.

Best to you.

PS. What did you think of that article?
