SEFE just never had the big guns to get it going but they sure tried...the concept needs work by someone with the funds and faith. The last we heard, they were doing tests by helicopter in Wyoming to measure the static electricity potentials. All the patents they filed, etc, lots was started but no followup. The office they opened in Colorado went belly up.

many disputed whether it would even work.
