Jacobs $250million site approval project set to be denied tomorrow in front of the Mississippi gaming commission. The property doesn't meet regulation put in place after Katrina. The regulation entail mean-high water line requirements. The property is directly situated next to DHCC.

DHCC property meets mean high water requirements issued by the commission.


There's going to be a bidding war on this property after Jacob's denial.
