June 23rd, 2014: IGNT, CTYX, LVGI: Please be advised that effective June 23, 2014 DTC has suspended all services, with the exception of Custody Services, for the below referenced issues.

There's a link in the DTCC doc to an underlying court case. Good read there. It would be nice if this would simply prevent all further sales of this turd, but that may be wishful thinking. I'm not sure what the suspension of services even means.
