I would love to be able to short some of these penny stocks, but people keep telling me it can't be done (except perhaps at the mm level).

it seems the latest news is focusing on the following:

"Completion of the negotiations with the mobile content suppliers are expected to be completed this month."


Huh? people announce they are negotiating with vendors? Why would a content supplier negotiate with OTOW? Many content places want a large deposit and minimum commitments. Content distribution agreements are not easy to get, especially for content that people want to have.
