ARR's current yield is quoted at 14% today. You understand that you probably won't really get that much for long. You understand the risk. You have no illusion of retiring on that kind of yield for the next few decades. But you might take home 5% to 10% which isn't bad. So as a small part of a diversified portfolio, I'd say go for it.

Most mREITs seem scammy and gimmicky for my taste, but I've been saying for months that the lack of interest in ARR among shortsighted IHUBbers is very bullish to me.
