There has been some questions as to whether RB has been in active management of the company.

I emailed Ray and since it's basically public record am posting his response.

Ray basically corroberated my thoughts on Nick's move to COO, as well as his role in management.

Ray, I am curious,,,are you still involved with the management of Nortstar Global Business Services in any capacity?

This would include Medgen.

Also, who mde the decision to move Nick rom ceo to coo and why?

Just a couple questions I had been perusing recently.

Thanks, and it seems as though things on Long Island are rolling right along.

Bob,
At this point I am just a shareholder really. I do consult the company on many matters specifically IR and I make introductions for whatever business areas they lack etc. But as far as management goes, I am out of the loop. It was a consensus between some of the larger shareholders, and Nick to elevate Justin Sindelman to CEO and have Nick fill a COO role. I think he just realized his core competency was not 100% in-line with the CEO position. I think it was a good move because Justin is a pit-bull and a perfectionist whereas details are concerned. Justin has a sales-oriented management style and Nick is more administrative. I guess we just need to see how it pans out.

I hope all is well with you, have a great day and keep in touch from time to time…
