Dancy, there is a terrible flaw in placing delinquent OTCBB, SEC reporting filers on the OTC, camoflaged among the non-filers that are not required to file Financials to the SEC.

Then the SEC suspends the delinquent SEC filer which surprises thousands of stock holders.

Delinquent SEC filers should have the suffix 'E' attached to the ticker symbol on the OTC so that all investors know that the stock is a delinquent SEC filer.

LFHE : (excerpt from the SEC Admin Proceeding) LifeHealthCare is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2010.
