To become profitable it is equally important to control costs and spending, I think IEVM is doing both.
Their technology speaks for its self, no one has anything to compare to it, IEVM holds patents on most all of their products.

For starters IEVM is servicing not only markets in oil and gas, but also healthcare, and food processing just to mention a few.
I am not an authority on Originoil, but if you will take the time to read their last 10 Q, I believe many of your concerns will be answered.
