Ok so there is some or maybe a lot of confusion about the PRs and deal lately. Some are saying the first deal with the acquisition of the legal hemp deal hasn't closed or that it fell through for the one announced today. Or that they thought VGPR was going to acquire Biochar Nows whole company.

For one they were never going to acquire Biochar Now. They acquired the legal hemp division but they wanted the whole rights to distribute it everywhere but Gone Green LLC was the only company who had that right.

The legal hemp division deal was a separate deal that closed. The product we have seen in stores is from that deal and that product belongs to VGPR. All profits belong to VGPR.

The second deal today is separate from the Hemp division deal. VGPR had to buy out this company in order to get the exclusive rights to sell BIochar Nows biochar to anyone in the world. Biochar Now biochar is the only one with USDA certificate and is certified organic so now VGPR is the ONLY one who can sell Biochar Nows product in the entire WORLD. If anyone wants it it now goes through VGPR.

]Here is my email to Michael this morning asking to clarify the deals:

Good morning Michael

I'm on a forum and there seems to be some confusion. Now I understand these deals but some don't.

The first acquisition of Biochar Nows legal hemp division is a separate deal from today's announcement correct? Some think that the first deal about the acquisition of the Biochar Nows legal hemp division fell through or didn't happen and that you also were acquiring Biochar Now also.

But from what I read and understand. The first deal announced for the legal hemp division is a separate deal from the deal announced today. The first deal about the legal hemp division is closed correct and today's deal is a new one?

Thanks for your time

Now here is his response:

you are correct.

The "only" thing we wanted in this acquisition was the Reseller Agreement that Gone Green beat us to. We now have that and it will change the way we do business. Major deal for our little company.

So the deals are separate and all are closed. They acquired the legal hemp division first. Then they acquired Gone Green LLC to have the all out exclusive right to sell Biochar Now biochar WORLDWIDE. They were never acquiring BIochar Now whole company. Think of BIochar now as the manufacture and VGPR as the sales and distribution. They can sell anywhere and lock in government contracts. Its a huge deal
