Here's my perspective on BIZM. I have investigated the class action suit, albeit I am a member of one suit, but so far have declined being the representative of another. The problem here is that yes there was some fraud perpetrated, the question is who? Now the class action suit is being brought against the market maker, but are they the culprits? There's an ongoing investigation with the Argentinian group who sent out the fraudulent flyers. Finally as suggested by the previous poster is that Biozoom itself is the perpetrator of this hoax. So at this point there doesn't seem to be a clear cut answer.

Unfortunately I cannot afford the fallout financially if the suit against one of the market makers so I've had to reserve my participation. If it's found that this or other market makers have deceived stock buyers I will participate in the class action suit.
