Listening to others "advice" is a bad move. Some people have their whole lives wrapped around trying to council others on their investments when things seem to go south. The real case (and even with FSPM) is all these cases are different. Dittman "may" have hired this attorney. so far we have one report from a "so so " source. We know about his brother-in-law and he and his wife could be the bad actors in this case and not Dittman himself. The bottom line is there is a federal investigation going on here and for all the speculation, Dittman hasn't been charged with any thing. Cooler heads will wait to see how this plays out. I surely wouldn't be listening to some self made expert with no credentials backed by a flimsy article to make decisions on my trading positions.
