Looks like the former partners are doing very well since the lawsuit to separate themselves from QSGI and Sherman. Once the anti-competitive clause of the employment agreements expired they made huge strides in the USA.

It appears that they, as well as their employees, not getting paid by Sherman and taking him to court worked out well.

Meanwhile Sherman and QSGI act and operate as if they are a broke-joke.....why is that ?

Since April 2013, Orange has built a significant and profitable business in the United States, generating over $3.5 million in revenue in calendar year 2013 (largely in last 9 months) and over $2.4 million in the first quarter of 2014. Orange’s operations in Canada are also very successful.
