There has been no change to the share count and the company cannot sell stock. The idea that I am selling is absurd as anything I do has to be disclosed even in the pink sheets via rule 144. And everything else has been disclosed.
I do not know who is selling at these levels. I saw the print of 3 yesterday and I know that had to be someone who was willing to take .00038 to a MM. The MM sold it at .0004 in 2 trades earlier of 5 mill and 3 mill and then printed the total at 3 as a W trade. Totally deceptive but it is what it is and it happens all the time and could have been a couple of MM or even the same one printing to weaken confidence. I am not a conspiracy theorist but I know from my past as a broker, in the OTC a MM can do many things that you and I cannot do all under the theme "to create an orderly market". When I was a broker I didn't care as I was on that side of the table but now it literally just pisses me off when that nonsense happens. But the rules are what they are.
I know the ELAS anticipation bubble has really left some deflated, but I needed to be truthful, and the truth is as much as I want it to happen, I do not control the timing and until MDEQ decides how it wants to move forward, there in not one thing I can do but wait and be ready to act. In the mean time there are other divisions in the company moving at a fast pace.
I am excited about the GMMF site. It goes to Beta Testing next week and live by the 15th as I mentioned on the call. It will be very exciting once it is fully revealed and everyone sees the work and sophistication that has gone into the site in just a couple of months time. Rob has really worked hard to get it to the stage that it is, but please keep in mind that it is version 1.0 and will be further developed as the MMJ space evolves and our participation in it continues to grow. There are many bells and whistles to it and Rob has told me that the type of site it is he and a team of programmers in a large company would have spent a year getting it ready but since we have a small budget he has done his best to get it ready and as time progresses and funds are available it will be constantly updated.
And again, LaunchTV continues to blow me away. The deal in Europe is just the first and once the process is fine tuned there is literally nothing to stop open up markets all over the world.
