The CEO is supposed to provide information to all stockholders simultaneously in a manner that can be verified; not have private talks with selected, privilege stockholders. I do not care to speak to him on the phone privately. That is meaningless. All members of management here have proven that their words are meaningless in the context of the long history of the company that shows a lack of concern for their fiduciary responsibilities or a total lack of business acumen.

An investor that puts his money, particularly large amounts, in a company based primarily on words over telephone lines clearly shows a lack of understanding of the nature of business and many human beings.
