Follow up to my post. Another bullish presentation.

I think the author may have overlooked the form D filed on 5/16/2014. If I'm reading the following correctly. Proceeds from the sale of the preferred offering currently total 1.5 million. This may include the $229,000. Either way, that's an additional 1.3 million in capital. This should add a layer of cushion to the balance sheet.
