ATHX, associations in Cleveland & Japan... m not much for rumors even worse because it's off YMB; but, does anyone on IHB understand connections between Stem Cell companies in the Cleveland Area? On the otherside... at the end of the day it's often behind the scenes activity during "quite periods" which can move the stock price even when the expectation appears to be that the (next known ATHX catalyst) 16 week results may not yield positive effectiveness findings.

On May 19 this was announce.Phase 2 JVS-100 stem cell therapy to reduce the size of a damaged heart is a success. Next step Phase 3 next summer. This Cleveland Clinic spinoff that is privately held is located in the same stem cell corridor as ATHX . Located about a mile from each other. So this is big news for stem cell research in Cleveland .I wish they would IPO before Phase 3. Keep in mind ATHX and Juventas are on friendly terms in the stem cell associations . Check out National Center for Stem Cell Research ( for which ATHX is a founding member w/Cleve Clinic and Case)Juventas has had lots of backing given to them by a large Japanese pharma. Google the results and info on this private concern. See the dotted lines that connects ATHX the Cleve Clinic and Juventas. . This could be the reason ATHX is moving and will continue to rally"
