common man, you pose a very good question that I can't answer: How much is the company worth? Shell companies have a value that is hard to quantify.....for a company that is doing a reverse merger, it may have a lot of value (to avoid the costs of setting up their own public company).
As far as buying at $.0001....this is a Grey company stock (matched trades between buyer/seller).....so, I would just put in an order to buy at that level and see what happens.
