It's a way of getting around the U.S. laws and regs regarding internet gaming
The company is relying on I. Nelson Rose's opinion and advise
If he believes it to be OK, they're going with it, and he stands to gain
I like the concept

Looks like any other interested tribes are waiting and watching to see if it works with Coushatta
