Merger with Laser Co?

Been cleaning up stock losers in my account and still have shares of CNCT leftover. Read the recent 10Q and it appears they are doing some sort of merger. Just wondering if I should hang on to these shares or dump them. Been out of the markets for a few years, getting started again, would be nice to know anyone's opinion, the market cap is less than 1 million and I would assume top laser sales are way beyond that.
