It's begun to implode

On March 7, 2014, the Commission served its Second Requests for the Production of Documents to the Amyot Defendants. The Amyot Defendants failed to respond in writing within 30 days, as required by Rule 34(b)(2)(A), and have not, to date, directly produced to the Commission any documents in response to either the Commission’s first or second requests for documents. The Amyot Defendants’ failure to respond is unjustified and warrants relief from the Court.

La Presse is reporting Amyot is no longer represented in Canada, and it appears doubtful that he's represented in the US:

Google Translation:

The lawyer representing Jean-Francois Amyot is Marc-André Boutin, the firm Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg. By mid-afternoon yesterday, he always said to represent Mr. Amyot and do not want to comment. However, in the late afternoon, he reminded us to tell us he had joined Mr. Amyot, but the latter told him that he was no longer her lawyer. We were unable to join the new counsel for Mr. Amyot, United States.

It won't be long that we will be reading that Amyot can't be found, he's had enough time and money to make his retreat into the shadows.
