IF YOURE TOO LAZY TO READ, simply hit "CTRL + F" and search "PLC" or "shares."
Not only does it say shares to be CANCELLED, or WIPED OUT, but the PLC itself as a holding company is on the HOOK for much of this, they just don't ANNOUNCE IT as much, but the PLC is definitely mentioned at least THREE DOZEN TIMES in various places
