Anyone remember when PGIE tried to seal a deal with an oil lease in Houston?

Is the deal with Aquinas by Treaty Energy (TECO) the same lease land PGIE tried to wheel and deal for?

I'm feeling like if so, PGIE really tried to make this work, so maybe they are still trying to open the box and find a living cat (instead of the dead one we keep finding)... lol, cry... Where's the Fed's when you need them... another 20 year invest./surv. before indict.?
