A patented enhanced cell culture basal medium containing for use with the ACSelerate LS Supplement. The mixed media contains a lower concentration of 0.5% fetal bovine serum and is designed for research purposes. The media is packaged in 500ml bottles and manufactured under strict cGMP standard operating procedures. The basal component can be stored in a standard -4° refrigerator for up to six months prior to mixing and 30 days post mixing. Unlike competitive ADSC and Mesenchymal cell culture media, the media can be used with standard fibronectin coated flasks without the need to use special cell scrapers, special supplements, releasing agents or other materials when collecting the cell culture at confluence. ACSelerate SF-M is the only adipose stromal cell culture media with granted patent claims for use in clinical and therapeutic applications and outperforms other commercial serum free and research grade (containing FBS) media. Manufactured in cGMP grade, the media is immediately available for research applications pending 510k approval.
