FBI Investigation!! According to newspaper reports ORRV's CEO, as well as Jay Miscovich's Brother and partner Stephen Elchleep Jr. are under Federal Investigation for an emerald Scam.

In my opinion ORRV will end up in the Grey Sheets before the Summer is over, since ORRV owned 5% of the Emerald Scam that was on 60 Minutes.
