Let's say you have 500,000 shares of ANTS stock.....40 to 1 split leaves you 12,500 shares of ANTS TX stock. Private company doing what?......Several other patents that were issued under ANTS Software umbrella, yes?( ANTS Delaware to be technical ).....Unless I'm wrong, ANTS TX falls under ANTS Delaware's umbrella where the software is concerned.
Shares were down, then cut again in the greys. I think we've all lost enough equity in the shares, never mind the fact of the way everything went down.
Very possibly the money he gathers would be to clean up what's needed to get the stock trading again?......Under a new name?.......New cusip?
