I have eaten there over the years and agree with you.

The problem with the Boone, NC store I am now told was because of slumping sales PLUS the fact that the land that restaurant was on in Boone, NC (RT could never purchase) they had to lease usage of said building and owner of property refused to sell the land for some years; so as this lease contract ran out, considering costs & losses, they (RT franchise) closed down Ruby Tuesday in that college town to surprise of many...
