Look up Market Maker in Wikipedia: A market maker or liquidity provider is a company, or an individual, that quotes both a buy and a sell price in a financial instrument or commodity held in stock. The Dimi Market Maker is the only one the can set stock prices according to Scottrade Trade. Only the Market Maker can buy at .12 or . 15 cents. The rest of us have to pay the top dollar price .84 or .89 etc. This is very unfair.
