A case for LFVN....

1. Company has bought back 20+ million shares back at an average far greater than current pps. http://investor.lifevantage.com

notice the paragraph stating they are "looking at options for share reduction programs"
LifeVantage-Announces-Additional-Share-Repurchase-Program.html

http://lifevantage-launches-40-million-dutch-auction-

I am unsure as to the float here(maybe someone can help with that) however around 40 million shares are registered to Financial Institutions and People involved in the company...add that to the 20 million the company just purchased = around 60 million of the 104 million available are in strong hands and/or locked!

2. 10year 30 million $$ sponsorship of the Salt Lake Real MLS soccer team http://www.sportsbusinessdaily.com

3. This Q report...out on May 6 will include (for the first time) the Philippines...which could be exciting! And should add to the bottom line.

4. David Phelps http://investor.lifevantage.com

5. LFVN is acquiring companies to rebrand their products which builds more revenue streams. http://www.nasdaq.com/press-release/lifevantage-acquires-new-product-line-from-wicked-fast-sports-nutrition-

6. all this great news..is in the past year...and accompanied by very impressive year over year earnings increases...and the pps has FALLEN over 50% I am in MJ stocks that have 2-3X the market cap and show ZERO revenues. We have 210+ million a year! When the emotions get going around here we could move real fast!

7. IMO there is no way ANY company would buy back 20% of the available shares and NOT want to increase the value of them. IMO there will soon be an avalanche of news that gets this back where it should be trading... $3.00+ IMO

8. Almost forgot....new product launchhttp://online.wsj.com
Is there any way the mod could sticky this or perhaps some of the current info on the IBOX ?
