KETCHUM, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 16, 2003--The common stock of Aqua Vie Beverage Corp. (OTCBB: AQVB) resumed trading Friday, May 16, 2003. Market making will resume upon acceptance by the NASD of a Form 15(c) 2-11 by a market maker. The trading halt had been imposed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, due to uncertainty respecting information that had been publicly disseminated by the company via facsimile, and Internet information provided by third parties.
The company expects to file a current report with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 8-K within the next several days.
