No 8k needed, and here's why:

ImagineTV has nothing to do with PNCHD. CEO did it on his own time and his own money....... probably time and money he should have spent on PNCHD.......

The REED deal is with ImagineTV.

Therefore, since neither is related to PNCHD, no 8k needed.

Also, no revenues, no assets, no value to shareholders.
