I am not sure how many of you were watching the last 10 minutes of trading here, but this stock was not going to close any lower than .0199, and no higher than .02. The bid size at .0199 was 10K, and the ask size was 30K at .02. However, hundreds of thousands of shares traded in both directions, and the bid and the ask never changed.

At the very end the true size the ask might have flashed up, and then with about 30 seconds left it disappeared all together. So, theoretically, if someone was quick enough they could have painted the new ask at .0215 in the final seconds.
