PVEC has never disclosed how the preferred shares can be redeemed. In fact, being that the company changed the record date from 3/14/14 to 4/15/14, the previously-announced redemption date of 9/17/14 is likely no longer valid.

All of the details regarding the Series C Preferred Shares should be included in an amendment to the PVEI Articles of Incorporation (AOI). Unfortunately PVEI apparently amended its Bylaws instead of its AOI, which was improper. Even the erroneous amendment to the Bylaws did not include the details of the newly-issued stock series.

This "gift distribution" has many markings of being bogus, but shareholders may not realize this for months to come.
