What I see is a law firm who are in the business of fishing for class action suits. In the case of CANV, I believe the majority of investors are insiders so it's not likely they'll turn on their themselves and without strong support the firm is not likely to pursue it. Even with a successful suit, CANV's pps has a long way to fall to get to MJNA's $6/share. Ultimately, I'm not really concerned by this suit.
