I agree with you in interpreting the requirement (for existing/current OTCQB, SEC-reporting companies, of which WSGI is one) as only needing 1 day of the Bid price closing at .01 in the previous 30 calendar day, needed to stay on. So, "1 of 30 days" is what I believe it to be.
At this rate though, it won't make it.
And also, I "love" how there's currently a 9% bid/ask spread, even though the volume is almost two million shares today. Yep, that makes a lot of sense, imho. Sure.
But that's par for the OTC markets, I think. Or at least, this stock.
