Sure it has right now there is 1 bil shares authorized they are raising that to 2.5 bil which will give them 1.5 additional shares to spend on whatever there game plan is.

Then they will reverse split it 1 for 10 and it will bring the authorized shares down to 250 mil.

Where is the website and what happened to the windmills?
