The 30 year mortgage is the crux of the matter...most American's save that way...forced savings...they don't buy stocks. Government needs to remove the uncertainty and return them to shareholders and remove them from conservatorship...

Upon restoration, housing can recover...and we will be out of the Great Recession in a few years time...


Buffett does impact the markets and all is Kool with me on the GSE's...just need to restore them, that is all...reassure everyone the GSE's will continue to please.
