Could anyone be that wrong? I don't doubt there are good people in the FDA (Dr. Tim Cote guided DengueCide to Orphan Drug status) but as Juan Enriquez accounts, there can also be the bad.

If NNVC wants to have a fair chance to the Clinical Trials and the market, it had to go outside the U.S. and we are doing so while meeting the rigorous standards by the FDA.

NanoViricides, Inc. FluCide should not have to go through the extra expense for efficacy studies because it is low toxicity and safe. Toxicology and Safety studies at BASI will reaffirm this belief. Efficacy studies will be done at the Clinical Trials (2014-2015), so why double the effort?
