Need a results PR. Is SNEY just "renting" out the dredges? Or are they receiving a percentage of anything dredged-&-found.

SNEY has told us nothing,
moved dredges, went to conference, moved more dredges
that SNEY can move dredges is confirmed ( & stock moved up 10x on this news)
