well for HD it isn't a bad "boutique" addition and if they can get 3 or 4 truck loads a month per store then HD can make some money...remember they have some overhead but nothing compared to Eco...imagine what Eco needs to do to deliver a truck load of lumber...lumber, coating, salaries and delivery isn't cheap and HD pays for nothing....so end of day HD can make it a winner for them...Eco on the other hand needs all the stores at 5 trucks a month and 100-200 houses built a month and they can start to catch up on their debt...it may take them 10 years if they streamline the management salaries and useless spending..but we know Conman loves to travel and be the talk of the town...all on shareholder dime.
