The fact that they made several attempts to fix the problems yet never bothered to check if the problems were actually fixed is just another example of this management's incompetence. The plant does the QC but HJOE's should have done QA. You don't take the contractors word that everything is fixed. HJOE's had millions of dollars on the line and they don't bother to spend a couple hundred bucks on a flight to Georgia and spot check the product that was preparing to ship to Australia? Maybe the first time they don't check, I could see that. But after the first shipment was defective, you would think they would do everything they could to make sure the second shipment was perfect. Yet even after they knew there was a problem, they still continued to ship 100's of thousands of bottles without any company rep. ever bothering to check a single one. That's just pure incompetence on HJOE's part.
